Good night in the Multivan
Camping modules turn an everyday car into a small motorhome. As an alternative to the fully equipped California, Volkswagen is now offering a so-called "Good Night" package for the Multivan for the first time. The basic version includes a folding bed, blackout options for the windows (incl. panoramic glass roof) housed in storage pockets and ventilation grilles for the front door windows. The complete package also includes two folding chairs and a folding camping table.
The bed - consisting of a slatted frame and mattress with a length of 2.02 meters and a width of 1.21 meters - rests on bolts firmly attached to the body and not on the seats. This makes it possible to spread it out over the folded seats or to remove all the rear seats to create storage space under the sleeping area.
The Good Night package is available for all equipment and seat variants of the Multivan. The basic version costs 2867.90 euros, with table and chairs it is 3355.80 euros. (aum)
