Mahle and Hella sell their Thermocontrol joint venture
Automotive suppliers Mahle and Hella are selling their respective 50 percent stakes in the joint venture Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC) to display panel specialist AUO Corporation, Taiwan. The companies signed the agreement on Friday. The total purchase price is based on an enterprise value of 600 million euros. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The deal is expected to close by mid-2024. (aum)
