The Lexus lounge remains first class

The airport lounge "The Loft" in Brussels, designed and created by Brussels Airlines and Lexus, has again been named "Europe's Leading Airport Lounge" this year. It received the award at the "World Travel Awards" for the fifth time in a row. The lounge area, which covers more than 2,000 square meters, is divided into luxurious areas with different ambiences, including a central bar, comfortable seating areas and a break-out area for undisturbed work.

The space is also marked by design elements of the car brand such as details of the characteristic radiator grille, the Lexus library and a Mark Levinson audio system. Upon entering the lounge, guests are greeted with a personalized welcome and traditional warm Oshibori towels. They can relax with a variety of digital newspapers in the Lexus LS-inspired massage chairs, enjoy a shower, or unwind in a starlit bedroom. The high-end catering includes exclusive delicacies from a Neuhaus Maître Chocolatier.

Open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., The Loft at Brussels Airport is modeled on the award-winning "Intersect by Lexus" lounge in Tokyo. The World Travel Awards were established in 1993 to recognize excellence in all major sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. With more than two million votes cast by customers and travel and tourism professionals, the awards are among the most prestigious in the industry. (aum)
