Ducati is expanding the range of its "Borgo Panigale Experience," which includes a visit to the brand museum and a factory tour. As of this month, the new "Finitura e Delibera Estetica" building is also part of the experience. This newly created area is where the final production phase takes place, which visitors can observe. In this production phase, employees assemble parts such as fairings and covers. Finally, each motorcycle is tested.
The premises and cover a total area of 4400 square meters. The building was designed with special attention to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency and is classified as a Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB). This means that it has almost zero energy consumption and is powered mainly by renewable energy sources.
Due to its success, the termnin offer of "Discovery Tours" with museum curator Livio Lodi and his knowledge will also be expanded. He will accompany visitors on October 21, November 18 and December 2. In each case there will be a guided tour in English and one in Italian. (aum)
