The Peugeot E-3008 makes its debut in Zurich

Only a few people are likely to have the Auto Zürich trade show on their radar screens, but the event, which begins today with the press day (Nov. 5), can at least boast a world premiere: Peugeot is presenting the E-3008 to the public for the first time. It is based on the new medium platform from Stellantis, which is designed for electric ranges of up to 700 kilometers. Within ten minutes, the battery is also said to be able to charge electricity for around 100 kilometers. The E-3008 wears the new "Panorama i-Cockpit" with a seemingly floating, 21-inch (53.3 cm) curved panoramic HD screen that combines the digital instrument cluster with the central touchscreen. The Peugeot will be built at the Sochaux plant in France and go on sale in early 2024. (aum)
