Ducati Riding Experience: something for everyone
Ducati is now accepting registrations for the dates of the Riding Experience 2024. The program offers various events. The Ducati Ride Experience Road and Rookie with the latest models will take place on the weekend of May 18 and 19 at the Modena Autodrome. The Rookie course is aimed exclusively at young motorcyclists aged 18 to 24 with an A2 license who ride reduced-power motorcycles. The course is aimed at learning riding techniques that will help participants to become more confident in handling the motorcycle.
The two DRE Racetrack events (which also include the "One to One" instructor programs) will be held on June 18 and 19 and September 25 and 26 at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The DRE Track Warm Up is scheduled for the weekend of September 14 and 15 in Modena. The dates for the DRE Adventure with the Multistrada and the Desert X will be announced shortly, along with other new offers that will enrich the Ducati Riding Experiences program in the coming months.
The DRE Track Warm Up is aimed specifically at motorcyclists who want to learn the basics of riding on the racetrack. The format begins with a theoretical briefing by Technical Director Dario Marchetti. Participants receive important information on the correct riding position, braking, acceleration and riding technique. This is followed by a series of exercises in the paddock. The subsequent training with the Panigale V2 on the race track is divided into five sessions.
The DRE Racetrack is aimed at riders who already have experience on the racetrack. There are various graded advanced courses with the Panigale V2 and V4 S.
The Ducati Riding Experience has been running for 20 years. It now has over 30,000 participants. (aum)
