Change battery

It's been a few years since Renault announced the idea, but then failed to put it into practice. The Chinese newcomer Nio has, but the network is still very thin. Battery exchange stations for small electric and light vehicles such as scooters are easier to establish because the batteries are generally more manageable in the truest sense of the word. Four years ago, a start-up in Berlin set about establishing such a system. There are now even plans to expand into the American market. (aum)
