Black Abarth with golden scorpion
Abarth is 75 years old and is celebrating this event with the limited edition "75° Anniversario" special model of the 695, of which 1368 units will be produced. The number is a reference to the displacement of the turbo engine with 180 hp (132 kW). The four-cylinder engine accelerates the Abarth 695 75° Anniversario from standstill to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, with a top speed of 225 km/h. The sound is provided by the "Record Monza" exhaust system.
The edition model is characterized by a special colour scheme. A sticker of the scorpion in gold is emblazoned on the roof and stands out against the black bodywork. Gold-colored stickers of the 75th anniversary logo on both flanks and the dark rear glazing provide additional accents. The birthday Abarth features adaptive shock absorbers from Koni, 17-inch alloy wheels painted gold and perforated brake discs with a diameter of 305 millimetres.
The interior is dominated by the dashboard covered in black Alcantara and the carbon-fiber bucket seats from Sabelt with special double stitching and the "75° Anniversario" logo. The door and side panels also feature Alcantara inserts. The standard equipment also includes a hi-fi system from Beats, the navigation system and Android Auto or Apple Carplay.
The Abarth 695 75° Anniversario costs 37,900 euros. (aum)
