Fiat Doblò costs less and can do more
The Fiat Doblò is rolling into model year 2024 with enhanced safety and comfort features as well as a redesigned front. In addition, the payload has been increased to up to 879 kilograms. It is available with a choice of petrol, diesel and electric drive as well as a panel van in two lengths and as a Multicab. Net prices start at 20,100 euros. That is 1000 euros less than before.
The extended safety equipment includes the Active Emergency Braking System, Lane Keeping Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, Driver Drowsiness Alert, Cruise Control with Stop & Go function and High Beam Assist as standard. The digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel and the touchscreen above the center console with a screen diagonal of ten inches come as standard. Android Auto and Apple Carplay are also on board. There is a special holder for the smartphone. Fiat offers two higher-quality infotainment systems on request. Depending on the equipment, there is also a digital rear-view mirror, among other things.
The 1.2-liter petrol engine produces 110 hp (81 kW), the 1.5-liter diesel is available with 102 hp (75 kW) and 131 hp (96 kW). The E-Doblò has a 100 kW (136 hp) electric motor with 270 Newton meters. It can tow trailers weighing up to 750 kilograms and has a range of up to 330 kilometers, 50 kilometers more than its predecessor. The charging power is up to 100 kW, so that the battery can be recharged to 80 percent of its capacity in half an hour, according to the manufacturer.
