The Peugeot 9X8 was finished in four hours and eleven minutes

Stephan Suhr has won the Peugeot "Hyperbattle" Lego competition. He beat off five competitors to assemble the 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar, which consists of 1775 parts, in four hours and eleven minutes. A professional Lego building expert was also among the participants.

Stephan Suhr and a companion will travel to Greece in June to take part in the Peugeot Ocean Trophy. A number of celebrities will be sailing through the Saronic Gulf to campaign for environmental and marine protection. But the runner-up, Frank Boor, who had to admit defeat after four hours and 26 minutes, did not go away empty-handed either: Together with a person of his choice, he will travel to the 24-hour race in Le Mans.

The event took place in a Stellantis industrial hall in Rüsselsheim, the german headquarter. TV presenter Jana Azizi accompanied the event, which could be followed on Peugeot and Lego's social media channels. After the game started, the slowest participant had to drop out every hour. A community prize was also awarded. The winner received a set of the Peugeot 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybird hypercar from Lego Technic signed by WEC driver Nico Müller. (aum)
