The large electric vans from Stellantis are making progress

Stellantis has harmonized its range of light commercial vehicle models and combined them into the Pro One business unit. All versions of the three model series are now available with a technically identical electric drive. In the largest van, which is offered under the names Fiat Ducato, Opel Movano, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer, the electric motor is boosted to 200 kW (270 hp). The 110 kWh battery enables a range of up to 424 kilometers. The empty battery can be recharged to 80 percent in 55 minutes at a charging current of 150 kW.

The large van can be ordered in three vehicle lengths and two different heights and has a payload of 1.5 tons. The familiar diesel engines allow a payload of two tons. A new feature is an eight-speed automatic transmission, which comes as standard in the larger versions. The electric version starts at 66,402 euros and will arrive at dealers in the fall. (aum)
