"Slippery Sam" is the model for the Triumph Trident 660 SE
Triumph is launching a special edition of the Trident 660 with a color scheme of white, blue and red as a tribute to the racing motorcycle "Slippery Sam", which won the Isle of Man TT five times in a row from 1971 to 1975. In addition to its special look, the SE offers extras such as the quickshifter as well as an exclusive front spoiler and a color-matching flyscreen. The tank of the Trident "Triple Tribute" bears the starting number 67 of the prototype. There are also high-quality embossed logos on numerous parts and an integrated aluminum Trident badge with diamond-cut details.
The Triumph Trident 660 Special Edition Triple Tribute is available at a price of 8245 euros plus ancillary costs (Austria: 9295 euros). (aum)
