Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric manages up to 322 kilometers

Renault is launching the Trafic E-Tech Electric electric van in the fall. The panel van is offered in two different length and height versions and has a range of up to 297 kilometers (WLTP cycle) with a battery capacity of 52 kWh. In the version limited to 90 km/h, up to 322 kilometers are possible. The engine produces 90 kW (122 hp). The Trafic E-Tech Electric can load up to 1185 kilograms and tow trailers weighing up to 920 kilograms.

At a 3.7-kW wallbox, the power storage unit can be charged from ten to 100 percent of its maximum capacity in 17 hours. The charging power at the AC charger is a maximum of 22 kW. In this way, the battery can be charged from 15 to 80 percent of capacity in 1:24 hours. A charging system for 50 kW direct current will also be available for the Trafic E-Tech Electric at a later date.

In addition to the panel van, a crew cab and a platform chassis are also available. Market launch for the Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric is in fall 2023. (aum)
