Change at the top at Hella
Bernard Schäferbarthold (52), currently Chief Financial Officer of Hella, will become Chairman of the Management Board in the new year. He succeeds Michel Favre, who has mutually agreed with the Shareholders' Committee to end his mandate prematurely.
Bernard Schäferbarthold, who has signed a long-term contract, has already been responsible for the Finance and Controlling division as a member of the Management Board since November 2016. Until a successor is appointed, he will continue to be responsible for the finance department in addition to his other duties. (aum)
