The VW ID 7 comes as an estate car

Next year, the Passat will be available once again and only as a new edition of the Variant, but the future at Volkswagen is also electric. The ID 7 Tourer, the brand's first fully electric station wagon, is currently being developed. This segment is still more than neglected when it comes to electric cars: There is currently only one electric station wagon on the market, the MG 5.

VW is aiming for a cd value of 0.24 for the ID 7 Tourer for the longest possible range ideally, which would be close to the sedan (0.23). Trunk capacity is up to 545 liters to a maximum of 1710 liters. Market launch is planned for next year. Like the sedan, the ID 7 Tourer will be built at the Emden plant. (aum)
