KSR's liquidity is secured for the time being

The Austrian KSR Group continues after insolvency. Dr. Christoph Sauer has been appointed as the restructuring administrator of the two-wheeler importer and motorcycle manufacturer. "The KSR Group's liquidity is secured for continued operation in the restructuring proceedings. On this basis, the court has decided to continue operating the company," he announced after an initial meeting with the creditors. The restructuring plan is to be voted on on December 6. The group of companies, which includes the Brixton own brand and the Royal Enfield import business, recently sold over 60,000 motorcycles and scooters across Europe each year. (aum)
