Hyundai guarantees full environmental bonus

Hyundai is guaranteeing private customers the full environmental bonus when purchasing or leasing a fully electric model from the brand until the end of the year, even if it is not delivered until later. This means that anyone who has concluded a corresponding purchase or leasing contract (with a minimum term of 24 months) for an Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6 or Kona Elektro with an authorized Hyundai dealer by 31 December will receive the full 6750 euros. In the event of delivery after the cut-off date, the participating dealer will offset the reduced portion of the state subsidy if all other requirements for the environmental bonus are met.

Even though there is no longer a subsidy for commercial customers since the beginning of September 2023, Hyundai continues to grant a discount of up to 2250 euros net for the new Kona Electric and the Ioniq 6. In addition, there is a model and equipment-dependent EV premium for both models and the Ioniq 5. And depending on the size of the fleet, further (percentage) discounts are possible. (aum)
