Hyundai supplies electric commercial vehicle to Iveco

Hyundai will supply Iveco with a fully electric light commercial vehicle. The van in the 3.5-tonne class is based on the Korean company's global e-LCV platform and will be unveiled at IAA Transportation 2024 in Hanover in September. As part of the partnership, Hyundai will produce and supply the chassis with cab for the European market. Iveco will take care of the local adaptations and sell the finished vehicles under its own name via its dealers.

The two companies have already been working together on commercial vehicles with fuel cells for almost two years. (aum)
