Ora and Wey become GWM

Great Wall Motor will market its recently launched Ora and Wey brands under its own group name GWM from next year. The Ora Funky Cat and Wey Coffee 01 models will become the GWM Ora 03 and GWM Wey 05, representing different model ranges under one roof. The GWM Ora 07 (previously known as the Ora Lightning Cat) and the GWM Wey 03 (Wey Coffee 02) have been announced for Europe for next year. Another new model is due to be launched on the market in 2025. The numbers are intended to stand for the vehicle size and make it easier for customers to find their way around. (aum)
