Hyundai Ioniq 5 N costs 74,900 euros

The Ioniq 5 N can now be ordered from Hyundai. The brand's first performance electric car is available at a base price of 74,900 euros. The two electric motors produce 448 kW (609 PS) and 740 Newton meters. In boost mode, they deliver 478 kW (650 hp) and 770 Nm in the short term. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds (3.4 seconds with N Grin Boost). The top speed is 260 km/h.

For use on the racetrack, the N features Launch Control with three different traction levels and the Race function for intelligent energy management in motorsport use. The vehicle also simulates gear changes and offers three different artificial engine sounds. The battery has a capacity of 84 kWh and allows a range of up to 448 kilometers according to WLTP. The maximum charging power is 240 kW.

Compared to the Ioniq 5, the N is two centimetres lower and five centimetres wider. The equipment includes a sports suspension with adaptive dampers, an electronic rear differential lock, a high-performance brake system and sports bucket seats with reinforced side bolsters and a wing-like rear spoiler.
