Mercedes-Benz is launching the G-Class as a limited "Stronger than Diamonds" edition. All four stainless steel door pins feature an embedded diamond weighing 0.25 carats each and the outer door handle is decorated with a logo embossed in a diamond design. The vehicle key is also uniquely designed with a real silver plaque on the back, the special model name and a diamond embossing.
The edition model is painted in the exclusive Rosewood Grey Magno color. The interior consists of black leather with contrasting pink stitching and high-pile floor mats. The grab handle on the passenger side and the illuminated door sill trims in stainless steel bear an edition badge.
The "Stronger than Diamonds" edition is limited to 300 vehicles. The list price is 175,000 euros. In addition to a special indoor car cover, buyers receive a certificate from the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), which ensures that the diamonds come from ethically, socially and ecologically responsible sources.
