Audi Q6 e-tron puts "people at the center"

In Audi's future models, interiors and operation will become increasingly important. The Bavarian VW subsidiary is demonstrating this at the IAA Mobility 2023 in Munich, where it does not yet intend to unveil the new Q6 e-tron, but only the cockpit and interior. The first all-electric model on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) technology platform will thus show how the interior "puts people at the center of the vehicle and thus rearranges the space in the car."

At the same time, digitization will become more tangible and an aesthetic design tool, as "the precise orchestration of displays and the staging of digital content will create the so-called Digital Stage. This refers to a new display operating concept, which is not yet described in detail.

The Audi A Q6 e-tron itself will only be on display at the exhibition center in Riem on press day (September 4) as a familiar camouflaged prototype. Audi's new CEO Gernot Döllner will also make his first major public appearance there. Together with Hildegard Wortmann, Member of the Board of Management for Sales and Marketing, he will present the strategies and technologies on the way to the electric motorized future of the brand with the rings.

At the open space site on Wittelsbacher Platz in downtown Munich, which is open to the public, the focus will be on the German premiere of the electric Audi activesphere concept car, in addition to the entire electric fleet, starting September 5. (aum)
