Hyundai Kona 2.0: One car, three drives

In the new Hyundai Kona, the full hybrid and combustion engine versions are based on the electric version for the first time. This creates more spaciousness and room thanks to the modified drive and transmission layout. The second generation of Hyundai's best-selling car in Germany has also visibly increased in size and spaciousness and comes with a host of technical innovations.

In the electric version, however, the Korean car fails in the discipline that still astonishes and satisfies its Ioniq brand brothers: charging power. Without government subsidies, the Kona Electric will also be expensive - at least if the contract is not signed this year. (aum/fw)
