Lamborghini passes the 10,000 mark

Lamborghini delivered more than 10,000 sports cars for the first time last year. The 10,112 vehicles sold were accompanied by an increase in turnover of 12.1 percent to 2.66 billion euros. Profit rose by 17.8 percent and also reached a new record high of 723 million euros. The 700 million euro mark was exceeded for the first time. The profit margin also reached new heights and stood at a record-breaking 27.2 percent. This year, the car manufacturer from Sant'Agata Bolognese will also take part in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) for the first time with the SC63. (aum)
