Honda shows car made from recycled plastic

Honda is demonstrating the potential of recycled and other sustainable materials for vehicle construction at the "Garden of Ideas", an event organized by the Italian edition of "Vanity Fair" magazine as part of Milan Design Week (16-21 April). The Japanese manufacturer is presenting two concept vehicles - the Sustania-C Concept, which is made from recycled plastics and is vaguely reminiscent of the Honda e, and the Pocket Concept electric scooter. They are intended to emphasize the advantages of a more sustainable use of materials for product design. They will be presented together with the 2024 edition of the SH 125i Vetro. The lightweight scooter features eye-catching semi-transparent cladding parts in green, the production of which significantly reduces CO2 emissions. (aum)
