Skoda moves into new company headquarters

Almost two years after the foundation stone was laid, Skoda's new company headquarters at the company's headquarters in Mladá Boleslav has been completed. Named after the two company founders, the Laurin & Klement Kampus consists of four connected building sections. Up to 2000 employees from different departments, who were previously spread across 20 buildings in the city and in Prague, will be brought together on five floors. The employees will share workstations within their respective departments on more than 22,800 square meters of office space according to the desk-sharing principle.

The building complex includes a divisible conference area equipped with professional audio and sound technology for up to 400 people as well as a restaurant and café for employees and external visitors. The Laurin & Klement Kampus also has more than 680 parking spaces, 138 charging stations for electric vehicles and a bicycle room. In addition to the regular office space, the building also offers communal areas for exchanging ideas and relaxing. (aum)
